I like going here, overall, but I do wish they had more late showtimes, especially on weekends. Sometimes I want to catch a movie after dinner, and the options are, kind of limited

I usually find something good to watch here. They’ve got a decent mix of the big new releases and smaller movies too, actually, decent isn’t fair, it’s a really good mix most weeks. Makes it easy to pick something without scrolling forever.

"Easy Refund, But I Expected a Little More"
I had to cancel at the last minute, and to be fair, the refund came through without any hassle. Support got back to me quickly too, so the whole process was easy enough. I guess I was just expecting a bit of an apology or at least some acknowledgment of the situation, but overall it was handled fine.

"Support Took Longer Than It Should Have"
i mean, the movie itself was fine, but dealing with Apple Cinemas support was frustrating. I reached out about a ticket issue and it took way too long to get a response. When they finally replied, it didn’t really answer my question, so I had to message again just to get a basic answer. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not great.

"Really nice staff, even when I mixed up my movie time"
I went to Apple Cinemas last weekend, or maybe it was the weekend before my days are kind of blending together. Either way, the staff was really nice. I had somehow messed up the time on my ticket, and the guy at the counter helped me sort it out without making me feel dumb or giving me any attitude. Everyone I walked by either smiled or said hi, which made the whole place feel relaxed. It’s a small thing, but it makes a difference. I’d definitely go back.

"Good movie, but the theater could use some care"
I had kind of mixed feelings about my visit. The movie itself was enjoyable, and the staff seemed nice enough, but the theater felt a bit neglected. The seats were sticky, the bathroom was messy, and the floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. I still had an okay time overall, but the place really needs better upkeep and basic maintenance.

"Decent screen, but the projection let me down"
I went to Apple Cinemas last weekend, the screen size was nice. But once the darker scenes came on, the projection looked kind of dim and not as sharp as I expected. It wasn’t unwatchable or anything, but it definitely made the movie feel less impressive. I’ve liked going there before, so this was disappointing and it made me lose a bit of trust in the experience. If I’m paying for a theater ticket, I expect the picture to look better than that.

"Great Prices at the Concession Stand!!"
I went to Apple Cinemas last weekend and was surprised by how reasonable the concession prices were!! The popcorn and drinks didn’t feel insanely overpriced like they do at a lot of theaters, which was such a nice change. I grabbed a combo and actually felt like I was getting a fair deal. It’s a small thing, but it really makes going to the movies easier, especially with family. I’d definitely go back!!

"Honestly, the seats surprised me"
I went to Apple Cinemas last weekend, and I wasn’t really expecting much, but the seats were actually super comfy. There was plenty of space, I didn’t feel squished at all, and I made it through the whole movie without getting uncomfortable. The recliner worked great too, which was a nice bonus. Kind of low-key impressed, honestly...

"Good movie, but the seats were nasty"
I had a decent time overall, and the place wasn’t bad in general, but the seats were gross. They felt sticky, which made it hard to really relax and enjoy the experience. A little more cleaning would make a big difference.

"Surprisingly Clean Bathrooms"
Went to Apple Cinemas last weekend random thing to notice, but the bathrooms were really clean. Like no weird smell, the sinks looked wiped down, and there was actually toilet paper stocked, which is not always a given. The movie was long too, so that kind of stuff definitely matters. Anyway, just nice to see they’re keeping up with it.

"Sound was good"
I went last weekend, and I thought the sound was really solid. It was clear and loud enough without being too much, and I didn’t notice any weird buzzing or muffled parts. It made the movie a lot better, at least for me.

"Booking was a hassle"
I tried to book seats, but the payment screen froze on me twice. After all that, it never sent any confirmation, so I wasn’t sure if it even went through or what was supposed to happen with it.

"Solid Movie Snacks, Just a Little Pricey"
The concessions were good. The popcorn tasted fresh, the soda machine was working with no issues, and they had a decent candy selection too. My only reason for giving 4 stars is that the prices felt a bit high, but I guess that’s standard for going to the movies these days. Still, grabbing snacks is part of the whole movie experience for me, and even if my wallet felt it a little, I left happy.

"Finally, an auditorium that wasn’t freezing"
I was surprised the auditorium felt so comfortable. Usually these places are way too cold, like you’re sitting in a freezer, and I always end up complaining about it the whole time. But this time the temperature was actually just right. Not freezing, not stuffy, not one of those places where you keep thinking about how cold it is instead of enjoying the event

I was pleasantly surprised by the ticket prices, and the fees didn’t feel over the top like they do on some other sites. Checkout was quick and simple too. Overall, I had a good experience and would probably use it again if I needed tickets...
